Press Die Design and Manufacturing
"Press processing" which is our specialty, is a type of deformation processing in which a material such as a steel plate is clamped from above and below with a strong force using a tool and a press machine, and deformed into the desired shape. The tool is called a "press die." Customers provide us with data on the desired part shape, and based on that, we design and manufacture the die using our unique technology and know-how.
Press Mass Production
We carry out press mass production using press dies that we have manufactured ourselves. The advantage of an integrated in-house production system is that we can respond quickly to sudden die malfunctions. In some cases, we may take on aging dies made by other companies, refurbish them, and use them for mass production. We ensure a stable supply of products through a thorough maintenance structure.
